What is MODeep?

MODeep is a free app for voice chatting with your friends. You create your server, open rooms and invite your friends; it works in your browser, on Windows and on your phone.

Does it cost anything?

No, every feature is free.

How do I voice chat in my browser?

Open modeep.net/app, create an account, set up a server or join a friend's with its server ID, and enter a room. Nothing to download or install.

Does the in-game panel show in every game?

It shows while the game is in windowed or borderless full-screen mode. In exclusive full screen, Windows doesn't draw windows on top of the game; in that case, switch to borderless mode in the game's display settings.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, at modeep.net/app. Tap "Add to Home Screen" in the Share menu and it opens like an app.

How many people can talk in a room?

You set the limit: you can cap a room at up to 99 people, or leave it without a cap and keep it open to everyone.

Can I talk while gaming in the browser?

Yes, with an open mic. For push-to-talk with a game in front and the in-game panel, use the Windows app.

Push-to-talk doesn't work in a game.

If the game runs as administrator, open MODeep.exe with "Run as administrator" too.
